We also provide statutory assessments for Child Protection, Children in Care and EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan). Referrals for Child Protection Medical for acute physical abuse should be made via the central hub at Wexham Park Hospital. The social worker should contact the safeguarding team at Wexham Park Hospital on 0300 615 3879 as early as possible between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and arrangements will be made.
